"HIPSTER HOPPING"
What does it mean:? It does not mean having sex with one hipster after the other.
NO NO NO
It means, you are hopping between different hipster locations.
I tried last Saturday with Sabrina and I realized, it is almost impossible to do this quest in Frankfurt, because all the locations considering their selves hipster are not hipster. They are wannabe Hipster.1. The crowd is wearing BLACK, GRAY and more BLACK and also too fancy stuff.
2. The prices are way higher compared to real hipster capital Berlin. One Cocktail 8,50 Euro in a 125ml Glass. Not cool.
3. 80% of the men are wearing Lumberjack shirts and of those 20 % are real hipsters, who are buying shirts from secondhand shops and not from UO.
I love Frankfurt but I hate to see the wannabe Hipsters here. We are free to wear everything we want. We don´t have to wear glasses without strength. And if you want to be a hipster then do it right. Be real Hipster and not wannabe.
Buy clothes from secondhand shops.
Go to Flohmarkt.
Use a canvas bag for everything.
Drink beer instead of cocktails.
And please RELAX.
